In order to avoid conflicts of interest and disadvantageous situations for us or our partners, we remove any personal interest from business operations. No contract or business relationship may be used for personal or third party benefit. Competitive fairness We support fair competition and choose our contractual partners based on the quality, price and the way their services meet our needs. Any agreement or exchange of information to or between competitors regarding prices and terms and conditions of suppliers are prohibited. Personal data protection We have a dedicated policy for the protection and security of personal data, ensuring confidentiality. Our company protects this type of data according to the legal requirements in force. Any request from customers or supervisory authorities related to the publication of personal data is documented, verified and processed. At the same time, the Data Protection Officer supports the continuous development of specific PENNY measures on data protection and security and reports directly to the administrator. In 2020, there were no incidents related to the security of personal data. Antitrust policy In 2020, we organized 228 hours of training on the compliance topic, attended by 152 people. Of these, 90 were covered by people in management positions. In the same year, we also introduced e-learning courses on ethics and anti-corruption, within which a total number of 569 hours of training were completed. Our employees and management teams are constantly trained on compliance elements and internal policies to prevent non-compliance.
