SUSTAINABILITY REPORT PENNY ROMANIA 2020 27/132 Human rights, equal treatment, diversity We believe that equal treatment, diversity and equal opportunities aremanifested in relationships with our employees, collaborators, suppliers and partners. We have a fair and responsible behavior by respecting the principles of business ethics, as well as human rights.Our domestic policy addresses each of these issues separately. Over the years, we have adopted and implemented human resources-based policies and guidelines based on theUniversal Declaration of Human Rights proclaimed by the UN and on the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO). Forced labor and exploitation are strictly forbidden, any form of physical abuse or threat, violence, sexual, physical or psychological harassment, discrimination for reasons such as sex, skin color, religion, ethnic origin, age, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, social origin or political opinions are not allowed as well. We respect the maximum working hours provided by the applicable national legislation and at the level of industry. Also, we make the payments regularly, on a monthly basis.
