The proposed goal is recent, but we still manage to promote the use of alternative energies through photo-voltaic panels. Benefits due to the use of photo-voltaic [5] panels: Digitization and innovation At the end of 2020, 25% of stores were monitored remotely, 268 out of 593 meters were connected, and by the end of 2022 we target to monitor all of the stores in terms of energy consumption. Regarding the monitoring of the refrigeration systems, we managed to complete 50% of the infrastructure. Based on the collected data through both online and offline systems, the energy manager verifies the values ​of actual consumption and reference consumption and constantly gives recommendations for improvement measures. These measures are mainly aimed at optimizing lighting and cooling or heating and ventilation systems. We are currently working on improvements of the energy consumption used for heating.
