We apply in our stores a standard of preparation of baked goods in an oven installed in full view of consumers. These products arrive in PENNY stores ready to be baked and sold in-store. We follow specifications for baking a range of products and the safe use of baking equipment. Hygiene and safety are important factors, as are making decisions about the quality of products and taking the appropriate action if they do not meet the required quality. We have also implemented a system for checking baking programs.
