Green Buildings EXPLAINING THE IMPACT The development of green buildings within our network of sites is a strategic direction of particular importance for our company, helping us to meet our sustainability commitments. By including as many green buildings as possible in our network, we facilitate the expansion of our business while keeping our environmental impact low. In addition to the environmental benefits of this type of building, we create a long-term economic benefit for our business – operating costs are lower per square meter than standard stores. By expanding the green building network we aim to meet conditions that improve operational conditions, such as resource conservation, reduced consumption, proper waste management, leading to reduced negative environmental impacts and improved conditions for occupants. Based on these criteria we are constantly developing and implementing actions to expand our green building network.
