We therefore aim to provide our candidates with a transparent and easy recruitment process and to diversify the ways in which we can reach candidates directly. All PENNY stores have implemented electronic devices where candidates can quickly and easily submit their application to the recruiter, promoting the use of technology in the selection process. For example, we use a recruitment chat bot that conducts the first interview, mainly for positions available in the stores. We want to show candidates that the retail sector is a fantastic field, offering the possibility of access to a stable and flexible job with multiple development opportunities, along with a balanced benefits package, with equal opportunities for promotion offered to all, whether female or male, young or experienced. We know that it is important for everyone to grow and succeed so that the whole team shines, which is why we focus on continuous development of all colleagues. With this in mind, we look at everyone's learning potential, motivation and the right attitude towards the team and work. For each business unit (headquarters, logistics centers or stores) there is an onboarding procedure for new employees. Each new employee is given an induction plan that includes the necessary steps to follow and the related support people so that the new employee receives the necessary support to learn the workflow and develop. After the induction period we collect feedback from the new employee on how the induction has gone, as part of the programme "4 months after employment". 0% employees paid the gross minimum wage The 2022 rate of new employee hires was 61%, representing the percentage of employees who left the Company out of all new hires.
