Iuliana POPESCU Team Leader Training & Development Personal and professional development of employees Employee performance appraisal Employee performance appraisal is conducted annually within each department through the CSP process, described in the Internal Rules of Procedure. Employees are evaluated based on the performance of tasks and skills in the PENNY competency model, and the results are discussed by managers with employees to establish targeted and effective development planning. Thus, job performance, work relationship issues and questions about personal and professional growth are discussed, documented and systematically addressed. Appraisals are conducted in the first part of the current year for the previous year for employees eligible to go through this process. Eligibility is determined by length of service in the company in the year being targeted for the performance appraisal. Therefore, all active employees who had more than 6 months of service in 2022 are eligible. Thus, all those who had an employment date on or after 1st of July 2022 were not eligible for evaluation in the reporting period. 97.5% of eligible employees received a performance and career development assessment in 2022.
