Wellbeing programmes At PENNY we are guided by the motto "People First", which is why we have been implementing our wellbeing strategy since 2019, with the following benefits: more pleasant working atmosphere, increased job satisfaction and harmonious collaboration between colleagues. Activities are carried out based on 4 strategic pillars: Family, Passions, Health and My Development. For each pillar we offer employees the opportunity to sign up for workshops, events, training or actions on various topics. In addition, 153 of our stores are equipped with a modernly designed relaxation area for employees to enjoy. In 2022, personal development workshops were held in the form of webinars on topics such as: z Financial education – interactive workshop with 1 module for parents and 2 modules specifically for children of employees. Topics covered in the first module included tricks we can use to get out of debt and other financial worries. And the topics of the modules for young children helped them understand the basic principles and values related to money, needs and wants. z Growth Mindset z How to keep our balance in an uncertain world – participants were helped to find ways to manage emotions in different situations that can bring us out of balance, how to deal with negative messages and combat misinformation. z PENNY Voice – 10 colleagues have been selected to be the voice of PENNY, brand ambassadors. Benefits of this role include social media and personal branding courses, product and phone packages, peer interaction, personal development and lots of valuable knowledge. More than 220 colleagues from Headquarter, Logistics Centers and Stores participated in these webinars.
