In the unfortunate event of a workplace incident, we use well-established processes to investigate it. Investigation processes set out how to communicate and investigate work events, record and log work accidents and hazardous incidents, report, investigate, declare and report, including occupational diseases where appropriate. The purpose of the investigation of the events is to establish the circumstances and causes leading to their occurrence, the legal regulations violated, the responsibilities and the measures to be taken in order to prevent other similar cases from occurring and to determine the nature of the accident, respectively, and is carried out immediately after notification. Following the events, remedial and improvement measures are determined.
