z refresher courses on: the importance of wearing personal protective equipment and the purpose of its use, how to handle equipment covered by ISCIR and which categories of personnel are entitled to use this equipment, rules for the use of electricity, electricity consumers at workplaces, operation of electrical switchboards, responsibilities of management/operating personnel, how to provide first aid depending on the situation and the injuries suffered by victims. We actively involve employees in the development, implementation and evaluation of SSM processes. Worker participation is not only a right, but an essential aspect of effective occupational safety and health management and accident prevention. As a result, workers and their representatives are involved in various activities as follows: z are consulted on the organization of the risk assessment and the designation of the persons carrying out this task; z participate in risk assessment; z warn managers or employers of the risks observed; z report any changes in the workplace; z are informed of the risks to their safety and health and the measures required to eliminate or reduce them; z are involved in the process of deciding on the prevention and protection measures to be implemented; z may require the employer to take appropriate measures and present proposals to minimize the risks or combat the risks at source; z cooperate with the employer to enable the employer to provide a safe working environment; z are trained/instructed on the measures to be implemented; z are instructed to protect, as far as possible, their own safety and health and that of others affected by their actions, in accordance with the training and instructions received from their employer. We have an Occupational Health and Safety Committee (OSH Committee), whose composition is changed every time it is necessary and also every two years when workers' representatives are elected. The responsibilities of the CSSM are established in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision 1425/2006, updated, on the methodological rules for the application of the provisions of the Law on Health and Safety at Work no. 319/2006HG.
