Topics of topical interest for the work of the company's staff are presented, and they also have a practical application component, with examples from the workplace. This year we have conducted a total of 225 403 hours of training on HSE topics relevant to protecting our employees. Sustainably promoting the health of our employees and preventing illness of any kind is a priority for us. When a pandemic risk is identified, we provide our employees with tailored prevention and awareness courses, which can also be accessed on our e-learning platform. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, we have organized various webinars. We regularly train our colleagues in the correct use of equipment. In stores and logistics, repetitive movements and incorrect lifting, carrying and standing often cause pain. That's why we regularly train our colleagues on how to use equipment correctly.
