We promote talent recognition and reward the efforts of our colleagues. We have passed the milestone of 50% of employees in management positions with more than 10 years of service. In appreciation of the commitment and dedication that our colleagues show on a daily basis, we do our best to keep the benefits package up to date. In 2022, we continued to celebrate the colleagues who have reached 20 years of service with the company. They received a gross salary in the form of a bonus and three paid days off in addition to their leave. Also, depending on the yearly strategic sustainability projects, other managers have sustainability targets included in their bonuses.
