Complaints management Complaints related to human rights, environmental risks or due diligence violations are handled responsibly. Our complaints procedure is based on the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG), which guarantees a trustworthy and, at the same time, transparent process in dealing with complaints about violations of human rights or environmental obligations. A complaint under the LkSG can be used to report suspicions of possible human rights or environmental risks or due diligence violations, such as forced labor, child labor, discrimination or harmful contamination of soil, water and air, as well as noise pollution and excessive water consumption, which are related to REWE Group, its supply chains or its employees. Violations of human rights or environmental due diligence cause considerable damage not only to REWE Group but also to society.
