One of them was hired permanently in the Microstrategy team. At the same time, during 2022 we continued the development of one of our most important partnerships, the one with the Romanian Football Federation, in the form of a sponsorship contract, which brings, for the first time, the same main sponsor for both senior and U21 teams. This partnership not only brings economic benefits, but also has a positive impact in terms of sustainability, as it strengthens the feeling of solidarity that PENNY strives for in the community. It demonstrates once again our company's commitment to contribute to a fair society by including everyone in these activities, both women and youth. Promoting future generations is always important to PENNY, whether we are talking about our employees or the community. We want to involve as many stakeholders as possible with multi-stakeholder approaches and together, to find ways for long-lasting growth. So, we engage in different campaigns in partnership with our suppliers. We also support many initiatives and organizations for social responsibility actions. Through these multi-stakeholder approaches, we want to involve as many actors as possible to experience together, to grow and to master many of the challenges related to sustainability. Collaboration with the political environment We did not engage in any party sponsorship during the reporting period. Donations to political parties or associations, public officials and public entities, as well as to churches and other religious groups must be made in accordance with national legislation and be aligned with applicable regulatory requirements within the REWE Group. At group level there is a Public Affairs department that transparently represents the company's interests. This department is located in Brussels and its main purpose is to promote active dialogue and exchange of information between REWE Group and relevant stakeholders in terms of trade and tourism. REWE Group has been reporting to the European Union Transparency Register since 2014. Locally, we have a Public Affairs Coordinator, who supports the dialogue between business and politics, and coordinates responses to requests and assessments of policy regulations or framework conditions at national level in the field in which our company operates. In 2022 we took a stand on impactful policy projects and were proactive by taking an entrepreneurial approach to our interaction with the political environment. During the reporting period, as part of the TripleRO initiative, we invited representatives of state institutions to discuss and debate. Also in 2022, several discussions to which we were invited took place. Among others, these were concerned with the availability of certain products throughout the supply chains as well as regional value chains. We have also held direct discussions with representatives of public authorities to raise their awareness on relevant food safety issues, in a bid to set straight the interests of our company.
