Throughout 2022 there was no litigation filed on environmental or social issues towards our company. However, as a result of compliance checks conducted by authorities on environmental and other issues, our company received fines, representing 0.03% of 2022 turnover. We were sanctioned for 77 incidents of poor price labelling practices for some products on the shelves of our stores. We did not record any non-monetary sanctions. These situations are recorded for the full year 2022, nationwide, for all our company sites. We were able to take corrective action to prevent these incidents in the future. However, 558 reports were drawn up following National Authority for Consumer Protection checks, with only 4.10% of these cases resulting in fines.
