Stakeholders are informed on an annual basis on the measures taken and their effectiveness through the sustainability report and other various channels (see stakeholder dialogue). Through this exchange, stakeholders can offer valuable insights on these issues. Reports of violations can be submitted, including completely anonymously, via our digital reporting system called REWE Group Hintbox, also available at https://rewe-group. hintbox.de/. The REWE Group Hintbox is available to everyone, including external persons (e.g. customers, business partners, suppliers) as well as REWE Group employees, to report violations of the law, the company's Code of Conduct or other relevant compliance-related violations. For the reporting year 2022, there were no cases of corruption at company level and the standards of cooperation with commercial suppliers remained at the same level, continuing this year with the 100% rate of signing and assumption of the anti-corruption clause for all new suppliers. All PENNY employees (6 596 employees) received communications related to anticorruption policies and procedures of which 106 are in management positions. 100% of members of the company's governing body are aware of these policies and have been trained. A total of 470 people participated in direct training on anti-corruption issues. Training We continued the compliance training programme we have been running throughout the year. In 2022 we delivered: Trainings organized in physical format at which were present 106 managers and 364 operational colleagues, including: The mandatory e-learning programme "Compliance Basics" is available to all staff working at the company's headquarters. This course is complemented by another e-learning module on ethics, which essentially provides training on the content of the Code of Conduct and how to deal with compliance notifications. In addition, e-learning on antitrust law is available. Since 2020, a "refresher" course has ensured that the knowledge has been up-to-date. The training courses are aimed equally at managers and employees, based on a risk-oriented approach. In addition, specific trainings were organized during the reporting year where employees were made aware of the general principles as well as those specific to each department to which the course was addressed.
