SUSTAINABILITY REPORT PENNY ROMANIA 2020 103/132 Loyalty and satisfaction Attractive salary packages are the ones that make the difference when we think about attracting new employees, but also about loyalty among the existing ones. In 2020, we continued the strategy of increasing the income of our employees. In addition to the salary component, all our employees also receive a series of benefits, adapted to their role in the company. Performance Bonuses: performance, loyalty, seniority in the company, special merits Other Bonuses: sales,weekendworkedhours (50%of basic salary), bonuses in the context of the Covid-19 pandemics Benefits: meal vouchers, private health insurance for all employees, school packages for 1,016 children (of 200 LEI each), 120 birth packages for PENNY employed mothers in the form of vouchers worth 300 LEI each and many more. We have continued to use the BENEFIT Platform, which operates as an "online store" where our employees have access to a wide range of offers and discounts.
