For example, all employees receive a discount on every purchase in the store, if they use the employee card, which resulted in cumulative discounts on the receipt of purchases of over 1,500,000 lei in 2020. The average monthly number of employees who used the card to benefit from discounts was 2,795, with 15% above the previous year's level. Employee satisfaction assessment is a tool we use to evaluate the results of our Human Resources strategy and identifyways to improve the benefits we offer to our employees. In September 2020, we conducted an online survey, sent to 4,705 colleagues. The response rate was 78%, and the result reflects the increase in the level of satisfaction compared to the previously analyzed period.
