SUSTAINABILITY REPORT PENNY ROMANIA 2020 106/132 Education and training We want all employees to develop harmoniously within our company, to be confident that they can achieve their professional goals and that they have the opportunity to advance hierarchically. Every year, we implement training programs adapted to the needs of our colleagues. In the special context of 2020,wepaidgreat attention to crisismanagement, and many of the training sessions focused on crisis management generated by the SARS-Cov II virus. Our colleagues in the stores were extremely mentally stressed by the conditions imposed by the pandemic. To help them cope with everyday challenges as easily as possible, we organized a series of workshops in which the main topics were psychological security and mutual support, understanding negative emotions and resilience, communication and constant attention to their own needs and those around.
