SUSTAINABILITY REPORT PENNY ROMANIA 2020 108/132 Wellbeing is important to us In order to ensure that our employees are able to relax during the breaks, we continued to redesign the social spaces in the stores, reaching a number of 69 stores that offer a modern area where those interested can dine or browse materials on the e-learning platform. 541 e-learning hours Although 2020 has prevented us from organizing as many development programs and internal events, we managed to continue some of them online. An example is PENNY Academy, our international program dedicated to the development of specialists.
