We want to standardize the role of a leader at PENNY and offer access to all our colleagues who are Team Leaders to information that helps them in their daily work: team management, leadership tools, networking, good practices, identification of solutions. Remote Leadership The pandemic has changed a lot the way teams work and interact. Therefore, we focused on providing information to support our colleagues who need to ensure that the teams are functional in such conditions.
