SUSTAINABILITY REPORT PENNY ROMANIA 2020 113/132 Wellbeing The wellbeing of employees is a constant concern for us. Since 2018, we organize various workshops under the umbrella of this program, structured on four main pillars: Family, Passions, Health, My Personal Development. Workshops The pandemic context led to the relocation of some activities from the headquarters to 100% online, and thus we organized numerous internal events through digital platforms. We continued in this direction and learned about management and team leadership. We also paid attention to how we can improve our departmental processes (Management of foreign bodies from the IFS perspective), but also to how we can remain in emotional balance (Financial Education - Smart money in crazy times, Emotional Intelligence, Parenting).
