We have aligned our activity with the Sustainable Development Goals developed by the United Nations. Details of our affiliation with the UN SDGs are presented in this report on page 45. Our main affiliations are: Association of Large Commercial Networks from Romania (AMRCR) The Confederation of Concordia Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) Employers' Federation of Trade Networks (FPRC) In 2021, we developed our horizon of participation in professional training programs and supported young professionals in sustainability by concluding a partnership with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, through which we offered 3-month practice and internship programs to students passionate about this field. At the same time, in 2021 we continued the development of one of the most important partnerships, the one with the Romanian Football Federation, in the form of a sponsorship contract, which brings for the first time the same main sponsor for both national teams, seniors and U21. This partnership not only brings benefits from an economic point of view, but also has a positive impact from a sustainability point of view, in that it reinforces the sense of solidarity that PENNY has with the community. It demonstrates once again our company's commitment to contribute to a fair society by including everyone in these activities, including women and young people. Fostering the next generation is always important to PENNY, whether we are talking about our employees or the community.
