Talent Pool In 2022, 17 store colleagues, Store Managers and Deputies with potential were selected following the annual employee performance evaluation, CSP – Career Succession Planning, to fill future positions suitable for them at Headquarters. Colleagues went through an assessment tool, the Harrison Assessment, based on which the participants' development plan was built. Individual feedback sessions were held throughout the process. We continued with 14 colleagues in their development programme and completed with 10 colleagues. Colleagues involved were given the following training sessions: English language, Microsoft Excel and soft skills: z MBTI – Myers-Briggs Indicator z IMPACT COMMUNICATION z NETWORKING AND COLLABORATION z IMPACT AND INFLUENCE After completion of the programme they were involved in open recruitment processes and 4 of them are working in various departments in Headquarters (Human resources, Revision and Security, Controlling and Marketing). Microsoft Excel Courses This year we have also integrated Microsoft Excel courses into the training programmes for 245 employees in the company. The courses were designed to improve the way they work using Microsoft Excel to make their activities more efficient. The Beginner and Intermediate courses were delivered from July to August 2022 for employees at Headquarters andPENNY subsidiaries. From September to November 2022, Advanced level courses were delivered for both Headquarters and Logistics Centre employees, Project management A project management course was also held in 2022, focusing on improving the skills of employees to manage and implement the stages of a project. Four employees participated in the training. Time and priority management In 2022, five colleagues from the Legal department participated in this training. Work related specialized trainings In this category we had three courses, as a result of which 53 colleagues obtained a certification, namely: z Forklift training course attended by 49 colleagues from Logistics Centers and PENNY Branches z Environmental auditor course, attended by 2 colleagues z Train the trainer course, attended by 2 colleagues New e-Learning trainings From 2022 onwards, we have made a new development tool available to employees – a series of e-Learning courses specializing in soft skills for both specialists and management functions.
