Mihaela BACIU Advertising Project Manager Consumer education through awareness campaigns We are convinced that consumers who are informed of the sources of the food they purchase and are aware of the amount of resources consumed to produce it, are more likely to take care and to respect these precious resources and to reduce food waste through sustainable consumption behaviors. If each of us chooses to contribute to reduce waste, then we really can make a difference. At PENNY, we focus on raising society's awareness by launching campaigns and activities dedicated to reducing food waste. Every year on September 29th, we celebrate International Food Waste Awareness Day with our customers. We have also published several articles with ideas on how to transform food in order to keep it always fresh.
