The punctuality of ontime deliveries improved by 0.43%, reaching a percentage of 99%. The trucks' load efficiency remained constant at 95%. The reduction of the average distance from logistics center to store indicates the optimization of the resulting routes through the strategic location of logistics centers nationwide. Total kilometers travelled for deliveries saw a significant increase of 6.79%, aligning with a 5.02% increase in the average daily distance travelled by truck. This suggests an expansion of the coverage area or an increased frequency of deliveries. Fuel consumption was directly correlated with the increased distance travelled, with diesel consumption increasing by 6.79%. There was a substantial increase of 11.90% in the number of stores served, indicating business growth and an extensive service network. Thus, our efforts are reflected in these changes to optimize logistics efficiency and effectiveness while increasing its operations.
