In 2023, to support diversity and inclusion within the company, PENNY began the process of developing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) policy and procedure that will be officially published in 2024, marking an important step in our ongoing commitment to creating and maintaining a work environment that values and respects diversity in all its forms. We have started compiling a plan to communicate this policy to all employees, containing relevant resources and educational materials. A calendar of DE&I events has also been developed to promote these values. The management of PENNY Romania, actively supported by the Human Resources, Compliance and Legal departments, assumes responsibility for the effective implementation of the DE&I policy. This includes continuous assessment of risks and opportunities related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that the strategies adopted are aligned with our corporate values and objectives.
