We strongly condemn any form of physical abuse or violent threat, sexual, physical, or psychological harassment, forced labor and exploitation of minors. In 2023, as in previous years, there were no incidents related to discrimination or other violations of the labor code assessed by the company, and implicitly there were no monetary losses because of legal proceedings associated with discrimination.
