Definition of the performance indicator Headquarters The training hours are all hours according to external and internal training and e-learnings (mandatory training, technical skills development training and soft skills development training) that must be approved by the management. Stores The training hours are all hours according to external and internal trainings and e-learning (orientation, leadership and communication training, product knowledge and IT), dual education school hours, dual education training lessons in the store, dual education others that must be approved by management or/and legally mandatory trainings and at company level. Leadership Programs Each Leadership program is based on the participation of colleagues in development sessions that aim to identify and develop Leadership competencies, defined at the level of the REWE Group, according to the following directions: 1. Goal setting 2. Team Management 3. Process Management 4. Self-reflection A. Leadership+: Leadership Program dedicated to employees in the headquarter The program is intended for colleagues who are responsible for managing teams, totaling 24 participants in 2023, all members of the Management Board. The program consists of 12 training sessions. It started in 2022 and will be completed in 2024. In the reporting year, 3 training sessions were organized, covering topics that support competency development and goal achievement. Objectives of the program: z Transmitting strategic directions and cascading the strategy at the level of the entire organization, to achieve success. z Integrating feedback into the organizational culture, by developing feedback and feedforward skills. z Improving communication, trust, collaboration, and engagement among colleagues in the PENNY team. z Developing communication, influencing, negotiation and strategy implementation skills. The Leadership+ program will continue in 2024, when the Leadership program for employees who occupy Team Leader positions will also start. In 2023, development sessions (Development Centre) were organized for colleagues from the Headquarters who occupy Team Leader positions, and in 2024 the Leadership program for Team Leaders, built and defined based on the general report from the group, will be delivered. The main objective of this program is individual and group development.
