B: Leadership Programs for Sales Employees For the sales colleagues who occupy management positions, three Leadership programs were developed and implemented, to meet the identified needs and contribute to the development of skills. Program Name: 5-Star Attitude – Program dedicated to District Managers and Store Managers Objectives: z Improving collaboration between District Managers and Store Managers. z Optimization of two-way communication. z Solving problems by implementing simple and viable solutions. In the reporting year, 29 workshop sessions lasting one and a half days each were planned under the Scheme, totaling 348 hours per session. 382 colleagues successfully completed the workshop sessions, totaling 4 584 hours of training. Program Name: Leadership Impact – Programul despre siguranța psihologică la locul de muncă, dedicat Inspectorilor de Zonă și Managerilor de Vânzări Objectives: z "Why is there a hierarchical superior role in the organizational structure?" – Starting from this question, the first objective is to understand each participant's own role within the team. z Understanding the impact that inappropriate approaches have at team level. z Identify productive approaches and behaviors that contribute to achieving the desired results. Within the Leadership Impact program, an eight-hour training course was held, which was attended by 77 colleagues, including 2 Sales Directors, 5 Sales Managers, 7 Regional HR Managers, 1 Sales Team Leader, 1 Sales Assistant and 61 District Managerss. Program Name: School of Leadership – The program dedicated to colleagues in Sales who are starting to occupy a management position In 2021, we started the Leadership School program with the aim of help those colleagues who occupy a management position for the first time within the company. A total of 50 workshops lasting 16 hours and 50 webinars lasting 6 hours were organized. In the reporting year, there were 295 participants (Store Managers and Deputy Store Managers, or cashiers and people handling goods who were to be promoted to a higher position) who together completed 6 026 hours of training, over 24 face-to-face sessions and 15 online sessions. C. Team of Teams: Leadership Program for colleagues employed in Logistics As for the Leadership program for colleagues in Logistics, the implementation actions aim to identify and develop specific skills, being also an opportunity to get to know the areas of development. Team of Teams is dedicated to colleagues who work in the four logistics centers and who have a management position or are assigned to replace the hierarchical superior, in his absence. So far, five workshops, 12 webinars and one Team Building have been organized, in which 57 colleagues took part.
