Wellbeing programs At PENNY we guide our actions by the motto "People First", which is why since 2019 we have implemented the wellbeing strategy, with the following benefits: a more pleasant working atmosphere, increased job satisfaction and harmonious collaboration between colleagues. The activities are conducted based on 4 strategic pillars: Family, Passions, Health, and My Development. For each pillar, we provide employees with the opportunity to register for workshops, events, training, or actions on various topics. Also, 153 of our stores are equipped with a modernly arranged relaxation area, which employees can enjoy. In 2023, personal development workshops were held, in the form of webinars on topics such as: z Advantageous stylistic combinations for a harmonious image: regardless of style, casual, elegant, or formal, at the dedicated workshop, we received more tips, ideas, and advantageous stylistic combinations! z Scrolling and positioning in photos: it provided the opportunity to improve selfconfidence and develop non-verbal communication skills. z PENNY voice: colleagues selected to be the voice of PENNY, brand ambassadors, participated in social media and personal branding courses, and received packages with products and phones, interacted with colleagues, personal development and acquired a lot of valuable knowledge. The program pursues a common approach to employee development and retention within the company. The objectives of the program are: z Preparing employees for vertical/horizontal development at team, company, and Group level. z Talent retention. z Strengthening the employer image. From the employee's perspective: z Transparency regarding career development within the company. z Recognition of professional expertise. From the perspective of the Department Director: z Directions for the development of team members. The implementation of the program and the achievement of the objectives mentioned above materializes in a series of benefits, both for the company and for the colleagues in the PENNY team. Trainee Programs We offer university graduates who studied a wide range of disciplines interesting positions with a multitude of career launch possibilities. This year we had 6 participants in these programs (1 in the IT department, 2 in the Human Resources department and another 2 in the Finance department, 1 part of the International Management Trainee program).
