OUR IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE IN FIGURES In 2024, we focused on the sustainable characteristics of the products as follows: • Through our private label coffee assortment, we support the preservation of ecosystems and the sustainable improvement of living conditions for agricultural workers in the countries of origin of our coffee, 100% of our coffee and 5% of our private label tea, which includes green, black and Rooibos tea, is Rainforest Alliance certified, has an eco-label or is Fairtrade. • The packaging of our private labels' products is made of FSC-certified paper or cardboard; • 100% of the cocoa-containing products, private labels developed in partnership with colleagues in Germany, are UTZ certified. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a complete system that allows tracking certifications for all products in our portfolio. However, in the selection process of new products — whether they are under private label or under brand — the existence of relevant certifications is taken into account. In addition, with the introduction of a new technical platform in the Quality Management department, existing certifications now benefit from a dedicated section, which facilitates the identification and quick access of related information. – Fairtrade – produced in accordance with the rigorous environmental, economic and social standards of Fairtrade International; – FSC – ensures that paper products come from responsibly managed forests; – EU Ecolabel – products with a low environmental impact throughout their entire life cycle; – any of the official certificates that guarantee that the product is organic, bio, etc. • At the same time, we pay special attention to textiles made of cotton, and all textile products under our private label are OEKO-TEX certified, thus ensuring that they are free of harmful substances. • At the same time, we have turned our attention to the textile products in our portfolio. All private label textile products, regardless of the brand, are OEKOTEX certified. In 2024 we sold 53 OEKO-TEX certified textile items (including loyalty campaigns). • We aim for 100% of our private label products by 2030 to be certified in the selected categories.
