Thus, fresh meat products were analyzed up to four times a year, and dry products were analyzed up to twice a year. • For all private label products newly introduced in the assortment, we ask suppliers for a certificate of marketability. This is a document issued by an independent entity in Romania, which certifies the compliance of the product with the legislation and standards in force and is based on the evaluation of sensory characteristics, physicochemical and microbiological parameters. In addition to these laboratory analyses, our team of specialists also regularly performs internal sensory checks (tastings) to monitor the quality of the products. These assessments complement laboratory testing and help maintain a high level of our quality standards. The laboratory testing program for all private label products occupies a central place within our quality management system. Through this process, we define and validate the specific requirements of each private label product, throughout their entire value chain – from raw material, recipe and labeling, to packaging, thus ensuring product compliance and safety.
