We aim for our range of private label products to respect and promote the principles of a healthy and balanced diet to an increasing extent. To achieve this goal, we set high standards for the products we offer in PENNY stores, thus helping to encourage a healthy lifestyle for our employees and customers. Through this commitment, we ensure that we provide consumers with healthier food choices and clear information to help them make informed choices when it comes to their daily diet. HOW WE CONTROL THE IMPACT Our initiatives to promote healthy nutrition are geared towards supporting a varied and nutritious diet, adjusting product offerings and increasing consumer awareness of food choices. We offer a dedicated selection of organic products, which are EU organic certified, thus ensuring that food travels the entire route from farm to consumer in compliance with strict standards of production and processing, storage, transport, handling and distribution. OUR IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE IN FIGURES We are dedicated to supporting customers in their efforts to have a more balanced diet. To achieve this goal, we regularly review our food assortment and strive to provide options that meet a variety of nutritional needs and lifestyles. In 2024, we renewed our commitment to sustainability and healthy eating by marketing products in the "Bio" category and those in the "Special Diet" category . We have focused on promoting the consumption of these products not only in the store, but also through our advertising materials such as leaflets.
