The Energy Manager reports hierarchically to the Head of the Construction Department, and from a functional point of view, to the Sustainability Manager, by belonging to the Operational Committee for Sustainability in the fields of Energy, Climate and Resources. In addition to the committee members and the energy manager, all our employees play a key role. Through their actions in the workplace, they contribute to the success of the measures implemented and can suggest ideas for improvement. In 2024, we continued to implement specific measures in order to achieve our strategic ambitions and make a positive contribution to the environment. Among the most relevant are: • Continuation of measures to reduce or even eliminate fluorinated gases in our activities (replacement of refrigerants in stores and implementation of a strategy for replacing the refrigeration system in our oldest warehouse) • All newly built stores are equipped with cooling systems using natural refrigerants • Expansion of the network of charging stations for electric cars.
