Employee and customer mobility To mitigate the negative environmental impacts of fossil fuel vehicle transportation, we have implemented facilities that encourage both employees and customers to opt for greener transportation options. These include bicycle parking stations, EV charging points, and an efficient home delivery service. During 2024, we optimized mobility for customers by expanding and improving our home delivery service in partnership with Glovo, Bringo and Tazz, to offer a wide selection of products in a fast and efficient way. We have expanded the delivery area to a large number of localities, delivering from 214 stores, improving the access and comfort of our customers. By offering more than 3 000 different products, we have effectively responded to diverse customer needs, delivering more than 700 000 orders in a short time, between 30 and 120 minutes, demonstrating an outstanding ability to respond quickly to consumer demands. In terms of our own fleet, in 2024 we had an increase in total energy consumption compared to 2023 while diesel consumption decreased significantly. Also, the consumption of gasoline and electricity has increased considerably. However, the average specific consumption (kwh/km) decreased by 4% compared to last year. These changes reflect a restructuring of the fleet, with a reduction in the number of diesel vehicles and an increase in gasoline vehicles and the maintenance of the number of electric vehicles, while the total distance travelled increased by 10% compared to the previous year. We are closely monitoring and reporting to the group's management the evolution of travel for professional Scopes, noting a notable 3% increase in air travel made by employees in 2024 compared to the previous year, while train use was not recorded. At the same time, we managed to reduce by 312% the number of kilometers traveled with rented or own cars, because we introduced a benefit for colleagues in store - fuel reimbursement. Our strong commitment to supporting electric mobility is strengthened by the continuous expansion of the network of charging stations, reflecting our contribution to environmental protection and the development of sustainable technologies. At the end of 2024, our network of charging stations for electric vehicles increased to 129 units equipped with 164 charging stations for electric cars. This expansion underscores our commitment to technologies that promote climate protection. The distribution of the stations includes 58 from PPC (formerly Enel-X), 40 from EDRI (formerly E.On), 11 from PENNY and 20 from OPM E-Charge (formerly Renovatio). We monitor key indicators to measure the efficiency of the internal fleet, used by colleagues in business trips: 2023 2024 PROGRESS 2024/2023 OWN FLEET PARAMETERS* Average consumption (kWh / 100 km) 61.8 60 -3% Total energy consumption (kWh) 6 341 445 6 721 572 +6% Total diesel consumption (kWh) 3 970 681 3 534 053 -11% Total gasoline consumption (kWh) 2 365 910 3 168 493 +34% Total electricity consumption** (kWh) 4 854 19 026 +292% No. of diesel vehicles 165 158 -4% No. of gasoline vehicles 165 213 +29% No. of electric vehicles 4 5 +25% Total distance traveled (km) 10 477 058 11 522 385 +10% BUSINESS TRAVEL PARAMETERS*** Air travel (km*pers.****) 831 513 809 141 -3% Distance in km traveled by rented car or private car (in addition to the company's fleet)***** 17 315 71 384 +312% * Data source: OMV Platform.
