Interventions in the strategic area We want to contribute to the development of a healthy and stable society! We value the well-being of our employees and believe that they can be important pillars in creating a sustainable future. Our objectives in this regard are: to create opportunities for social integration and economic development, to offer solutions to socio-economic challenges and to strengthen the image of a good citizen. In order to achieve these objectives, we have identified two strategic areas of interest: I. Employees Our employees and their experience within our company are testimony to our commitment to them and to our efforts to ensure an environment conducive to personal and professional development. Due to our approach to managing human resources, we have been recognized as a Top Employer 2025 (based on data for the financial year 2024), for the fourth consecutive year, by the Top Employers Institute. The Sustainability Agenda encompasses employee projects, initiatives and actions into five categories of strategic intervention: 1. Attention to the health and safety of employees at work 2. Equality and human rights at work 3. Competitive salaries for employees 4. Good working conditions at work 5. Employee development We offer attractive packages for our employees and implement a series of initiatives aimed at developing a work environment centered on people and their well-being. II. Social responsibility We intend to expand our area of influence beyond the boundaries of our business. For this reason, our Social Responsibility strategy aims to develop the communities in which we operate and to make investments in causes that need support. We have developed partnerships with representative NGOs and we focus on investing our resources in a smart and relevant way for our business direction. In addition to the philanthropic efforts we initiate, we intend to make these campaigns visible among our employees, whom we involve as volunteers where possible. For this reason and to encourage social involvement, as part of the benefits offered to all employees, we grant one day off per year for volunteering. According to our Social Responsibility strategy, the projects, initiatives and actions supported fall into three categories: • Social and child protection services Recognizing the importance of addressing social issues, we continue our commitment to improving quality of life and supporting vulnerable groups. • Quality education We develop new educational projects that facilitate early development, the development of new skills by young people, who will be able to integrate much more easily into the workplace. • Growing environment We stand by the local communities. The stability and development of our business depend on ensuring a high level of well-being of the communities in which we operate.
