Attention to employee's health and safety At PENNY Romania, we are seriously committed to occupational health and safety and do everything we can to ensure that all our employees are safe. Even though we have not had any deaths or work-related health cases, we are constantly focused on identifying and managing risks, whether chemical, ergonomic or psychosocial. We like to address risks in a systematic way, involving our employees in the consultation process and conducting regular inspections. Our OHS Committee is always on duty, monitoring compliance and implementing safety measures. We encourage everyone to report any danger to us and to actively participate in the development of safety processes, thus promoting a culture of common safety and responsibility. We also offer medical protection programs that include private health insurance and access to various medical services, to ensure that the well-being of our employees comes first. We are constantly reviewing and updating our Occupational Health and Safety (SSO) policies and procedures, based on incident analyses and emerging risks. In conclusion, we are truly dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting the health of all our employees. Although we do not have a certified management system, we are committed to strictly adhering to applicable national legislation and corporate occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
