At the same time, we have increased the value of meal vouchers from 30 RON to 40 RON, and gift vouchers from 300 RON to 500 RON. In addition to the salary component, all employees benefit from a benefits package designed to meet the needs of any employee. Benefits are not differentiated according to the type of contract or part-time. All our employees are entitled to the same benefits, regardless of whether they have full-time or part-time employment contracts.
