Good working conditions at work All our employees, regardless of gender, are entitled to parental leave. We are working more and more to encourage work-life balance, but also to make it easier to return to work after parental leave. At the same time, we are dedicated to supporting our employees through parental leave policies and supporting their return to work. We facilitate access to maternity and paternity leave, ensuring that all employees, regardless of gender, have access to equal benefits and support while away for childcare. This holistic approach reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive work environment for all employees. In 2024, our employees have benefited from various parental leave benefits: • At the birth of each child, employees received the equivalent of an average salary. • 10 paid days off were granted for special family events, such as the birth of a child. In addition, fathers who graduated a childcare course benefited from another 5 days off paid. • The employees who became parents received a voucher for diapers, worth 300 lei, for newborns. • 275 birth bonuses were offered to employees who became mothers. In 2024, 556 employees benefited from parental leave, and the employee retention rate after parental leave was 89%, compared to 98% in the previous year.
