Volunteering and employee engagement activities In 2024, 30 colleagues collaborated with Habitat for Humanity to transform Casa 5 into a modern resource center for children and young people in the SOS Children's Villages programs. They have contributed to the creation of a safe and friendly space, providing opportunities for learning and development. Also, 18 colleagues participated in two volunteering actions with SOS Children's Villages specialists: one in Hemeiuș, Bacău County, at the Hemeiuș Remedial Center, and another in Brateiu, Sibiu County, at the Cultural Center, where they carried out activities for students in the second and third grades. The participants enjoyed a day spent in EfdeN Sustainable City, where they explored activities dedicated to sustainability and discovered what a sustainable lifestyle entails. And in 2024, Family Day was an opportunity for joy and reconnection for our employees and their families. The children were the center of attention, enjoying creative workshops, games, sports activities, face painting, moldable balloons and many other surprises. The atmosphere was animated by animated characters, who brought smiles and good cheer throughout the day. The event brought together 54 children, and the positive reactions of the participants were reflected in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80%, confirming the success and appreciation enjoyed by this initiative. The event offered employees the opportunity to reconnect in an informal setting, in an energetic and positive atmosphere. Under the concept of "Rock the Digital", the evening was marked by moments of socialization, music and dance. Such initiatives help strengthen the organizational culture and maintain a work environment where employees feel valued and motivated. The party was not only a celebration of performance, but also a reaffirmation of our commitment to building a united professional community, where every colleague counts.
