STEPs has as its main objective to support professional growth by capitalizing on individual talents, encouraging each employee to build an authentic professional path adapted to their own skills. The program is specifically aimed at employees in the Headquarters (HQ) and the sales force, two categories essential for the success of the organization. By promoting an open and continuous dialogue between employees and their leaders, STEPs contributes to strengthening an organizational culture based on trust, collaboration and personalized development. Thus, aspects related to performance, labor relations and professional development are systematically discussed and documented. The evaluations take place at the beginning of the year for the previous year, and active employees with more than six months of seniority are eligible. In 2025, 72% of employees at the end of 2024, eligible to go through the STEPs program, received performance evaluations in relation to the performance of 2024 and career development directions in line with the new STEPs approach. 21% of eligible employees at the end of 2024 were no longer available to complete STEPs (they suspended their work activity – parental leave and childcare, extended sick leave, left the company, etc.), and 8% have not yet completed the program.
