Education and training programs We constantly invest in the professional development of our employees, providing them with access to training programs designed to strengthen their skills and increase their confidence in their own abilities. These initiatives contribute to their evolution within the organization and support our strategic objectives in the field of human resources. In 2024, we conducted training sessions tailored to internal needs, totaling 69 032 hours of training. Sustainability education is integrated into these programs, being addressed both within the onboarding process for new employees and through specialized courses organized annually. 254 courses carried out physically 164 online courses Moxie – sustainable, continuous and strategic learning Launched in April 2024, Moxie's in-house platform is an integral part of our employee development strategy. It provides access to relevant educational content, structured in two strategic directions: 1. Compulsory courses developed in-house These courses are specifically designed to meet organizational needs and ensure compliance with international regulations and standards. The topics covered include topics such as: • Integrated Management System • Personal Data Protection (GDPR) • Cybersecurity • Ethics and professional conduct Through these modules, we ensure that all employees understand and apply essential principles for responsible, safe and ethical activity. 2. Soft skills courses By working with external providers, Moxie provides access to a diverse library of eLearning, personal and professional development courses, focused on essential skills such as: • Effective and assertive communication • Critical thinking and resilience • Teamwork and emotional intelligence • Time Management These courses contribute to promoting a culture of continuous learning, but also to strengthening a mindset oriented towards progress and sustainability. Through Moxie, learning becomes a strategic sustainability tool, which supports employee development and the organization's alignment with ESG (environmental, social, governance) goals. Transition assistance programs offered to facilitate continued employability and management of career terminations resulting from retirement or termination of employment: • the team integration programs dedicated to new colleagues (onboarding) and induction (induction) that we carry out at the level of the entire company, designed to facilitate the integration of new employees at the workplace; • the "4 months after hiring" program through which we check how the start period was in the company for each new employee and collect data on the actions that brought added value in the beginning period, respectively the actions that required help so as to increase the quality of the team integration program dedicated to new colleagues (onboarding).
