Defining the performance indicator We provide employees in all three pillars (Headquarters, Logistics Centers, Stores) with a diverse range of training and development programs, tailored to the specifics of each function and individual needs. These programs include: • Hard skills trainings, dedicated to the development of technical, operational and digital skills, essential for carrying out daily activities safely and efficiently; • Soft skills trainings, aimed at improving communication, collaboration, adaptability and management of interpersonal relationships; • Mandatory and optional programs, designed according to the requirements of each role, with the aim of ensuring compliance with internal standards and at the same time, encouraging individual and proactive development. The company also runs leadership programs dedicated to management positions in all three areas, with the objective of supporting a culture of responsibility, decisionmaking balance and sustainable team development. These initiatives contribute to strengthening a modern, inclusive and performance-oriented leadership style in the long term. We assume the role of an active partner in the professional development of our employees, providing them with access to modern learning resources, practical and digital training sessions, as well as real opportunities for internal growth.
