A. Leadership+: As part of our commitment to building a sustainable and future-oriented organization, the company runs the Leadership+ program, dedicated to the continuous development of leaders at headquarters. The program is aligned with the company's strategy and reflects our core values, actively contributing to strengthening an organizational culture based on collaboration, trust, and performance. Aimed at colleagues in leadership roles, the program included in 2024 a number of 24 participants – Head of Departments – and offered training sessions focused on essential leadership skills: effective communication and coaching. The participants also benefited from individual coaching sessions, being supported to become, in turn, mentors for the teams they coordinate. The objectives of the program are: • Clearly transmitting strategic directions and ensuring their implementation at all levels of the organization; • Promoting a culture of constructive feedback and continuous learning; • Improving communication, collaboration and involvement within teams; • Development of influence, negotiation and strategy implementation skills; • Encouraging self-confidence and initiative, by leveraging individual strengths. In addition to this approach, in 2024 Development Centre sessions were organized for 62 colleagues from the headquarters who occupy Team Leader positions. Based on the conclusions of these sessions, the dedicated leadership program for this category of employees was launched in 2024. The program has been designed to meet the identified development needs and is aligned with the company's strategic approach to leadership training. At the same time, it follows a unitary structure, in accordance with the Leadership+ program for Heads of Department, thus ensuring coherence and continuity in the development of leadership skills at all levels of the organization. The main goal of the program is to develop individual and team skills, in line with the company's sustainability and performance objectives. B. Leadership Programs for Sales Employees For the colleagues in Sales who occupy management positions, three Leadership programs have been developed and implemented, which meet the identified needs and contribute to the development of skills. Program name: Target on Feedback – Program dedicated to Store Managers and Store Deputies (Section Heads) Objectives: • Improving communication skills; • Creating the right environment for requesting and providing feedback; • Developing a personalized action plan for integrating feedback into the day-to-day activity. In the reporting year, 99 workshop sessions with a duration of one day each were planned within the program, totaling a total of 103 hours per session. 1 279 colleagues successfully completed the workshop sessions, totaling a total of 10 232 hours of training.
