Program name: Design Thinking – The program meant to bring innovative ideas useful in creating a feedback culture dedicated to Area Inspectors and Sales Managers Objectives: • Understanding the current feedback culture and defining the needs for change; • Finding tools to improve the feedback culture; • Acquiring skills to achieve the goal. As part of the Design Thinking program, a 2-day training and 5 online workshops of 4 hours each were held, attended by 77 colleagues, including 7 Sales Managers, 7 Regional HR Managers, 1 Sales Team Leader and 62 Area Inspectors. Program name: School of Leadership – Program dedicated to colleagues in Sales who are starting to occupy a management position In 2021 we started the Leadership School program with the aim of supporting those colleagues who hold a management position for the first time within the company. A total of 68 workshops lasting 3.5 hours were organized. In the reporting year, there were 179 participants (Store Managers and Store Deputies, or cashiers and merchandise handlers who were to be promoted to a higher position) and together they completed 2 506 hours of training. C. Team of Teams: Leadership Program for Colleagues Engaged in Logistics As for the Leadership program for colleagues in Logistics, the implementation actions aim to identify and develop specific skills, and offers an opportunity to get to know the areas of development. Team of Teams is dedicated to colleagues who work in the four logistics centers and who have a management position or are designated to replace the hierarchical superior, in his absence. A total of 59 colleagues participated in the program. 4 physical workshops, 1 recovery webinar and a Team Building were organized, in which 43 colleagues took part.
