Participation in development programs As part of our commitment to sustainability, continuous employee development is a key pillar. Through access to specialized educational programs and workshops, we support the formation of relevant skills, promote individual well-being and strengthen a responsible, inclusive and adaptable organizational culture. Employees frequently accessed the following learning and development initiatives: Public Speaking By developing public speaking skills, employees build their self-confidence, ability to influence positively, and communicate transparently. These competencies are essential for employees who want to inspire teams, promote ethical values, and foster an organizational culture based on openness, accountability, and collaboration. Category Manager This program supports the development of a strategic approach in procurement, with a focus on sustainability criteria: ethical suppliers, green products, resource efficiency. Participants learn to make decisions that reduce environmental impact and contribute to a responsible supply chain aligned with ESG (environmental, social, governance) values. Recruitment Workshop This workshop promotes ethical, transparent and inclusive recruitment practices. Participants learn how to attract diverse talent, avoid unconscious biases, and build fair selection processes. Team Workshop Through collaborative activities and joint reflection, this workshop encourages open communication and develops mutual trust. A healthy and collaborative work climate is the foundation of a sustainable organization, in which employees feel motivated to actively contribute to common goals. Financial Education & Financial Planning This program contributes to the well-being of employees by developing personal financial resource management skills. By understanding the concepts of saving, investing, and long-term planning, participants can become more financially stable and make more balanced decisions for themselves. Excel & SQL Course By developing data analysis and interpretation skills, employees can become more efficient in making decisions based on concrete information. These skills support the optimization of internal processes and the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement. Thus, the organization becomes more agile and able to respond to challenges in a sustainable and strategic way. Foreign language courses These courses promote cultural diversity, inclusion and international collaboration. By learning a foreign language, employees develop their ability to work effectively in diverse teams. This supports an open, tolerant and adaptable organizational culture, which is essential for long-term sustainability in a globalized environment. Sustainability Workshop This workshop is dedicated to understanding and integrating sustainability principles into the business strategy and is addressed to the entire staff of the Management Board, and to the members of the sustainability team. Participants explore concepts such as the circular economy, carbon footprint reduction, social responsibility and sustainable governance. The result is a shared vision of sustainability and an increased commitment to implementing initiatives with a positive impact on the environment and the community.
