Employee satisfaction assessment The satisfaction of the employees in the team is essential for the PENNY team. That is why we constantly evaluate the level of satisfaction of employees through the MAZU questionnaire, applied every two years. It uses a scale of 1 to 6, where 1 reflects maximum satisfaction and 6 maximum dissatisfaction. Based on the results, we organize workshops dedicated to each business area – sales, logistics and headquarters – in which we openly discuss and build concrete improvement measures together. Every opinion counts, and the involvement of colleagues makes it possible to build a work environment where everyone feels appreciated and listened to. The last such assessment was carried out in 2024, in which 6 191 people participated, with a response rate of 84%, following which an overall score of 1.9 was recorded. Following this evaluation exercise, eight main directions of action were identified, meant to meet the needs expressed by our colleagues. They target essential aspects such as: optimizing working time, reviewing the salary package, strengthening the PENNY team by promoting a feedback culture, as well as continuing the leadership program adapted to the needs of the organization. The resulting measures from this process will be progressively implemented in the coming period, with the clear objective of completing them by the next MAZU evaluation exercise, scheduled for 2026. The title "Top Employer", obtained in four consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), reflects our attention and commitment to the PENNY team and demonstrates the success of our human resources strategy and care for employees.
