'Social involvement' covers a wide range of initiatives through which we take responsibility towards society. We focus on supporting people in difficulty – including vulnerable people, women at risk and the elderly – as well as supporting vulnerable children through educational and career guidance programs. We actively invest in the development of local communities and promote social inclusion, providing support to diverse or marginalized groups, or people from different cultural backgrounds. Our Social involvement strategy focuses on three key directions: child welfare and social services, development-friendly environment and quality education. Through dedicated initiatives, we are committed to improving the quality of life and supporting vulnerable groups by providing support to children, women in need and the elderly. At the same time, we support the development of local communities, recognizing that the stability and progress of our business are closely linked to their well-being. We invest in educational projects that facilitate the early development and training of relevant skills for young people, thus contributing to their easier integration into the labor market. In 2024, we continued our commitment to social responsibility through a series of initiatives aimed at supporting people in need, including the disadvantaged, vulnerable women, the elderly and other marginalized groups. We have also focused on supporting vulnerable children through educational and career programs, investing in communities, and promoting social inclusion. These initiatives include both sponsored actions from this year and projects from previous years that had an impact that manifested itself in 2024.
