Access to quality education 1. Hope and Homes for Children Romania – "DAR Scholarships" In a natural continuation of our commitment to education and supporting vulnerable communities, we have expanded our collaboration with Hope and Homes for Children Romania, to continue transforming lives through the DAR Scholarships program, providing support to young people from vulnerable backgrounds who excel in education, art and sports. In the 2023-2024 academic year, the program offered 15 scholarships, and in 2024-2025, the number of scholarships increased to 30. By awarding these excellence scholarships, each worth 2 000 euros, the partners invested not only in the children's academic potential, but also in their personal development, providing them with mentorship, educational workshops and access to inspirational role models. The DAR Scholarship Camp and the Gala dedicated to scholarship holders were defining moments, in which young people were encouraged to dream and believe in their own future, with the support of people who believe in the power of change through education and trust. We aim to continue this partnership in the years to come, given the positive impact and sustainability of the investment. 2. National Football Academy Foundation – "Education through Football" In the summer of 2024, we supported the organization of the first edition of the educational camp for talented young footballers from rural areas, at the Mogoșoaia National Football Center, with the support of the National Football Academy (ANF). We facilitated the organization of this camp, offering children aged between 10 and 14 a unique experience of football and personal development. The camp brought together 24 young footballers who benefited from training supported by experienced ANF technicians, receiving tactical, technical, and physical training adapted to their level. In addition to training, the children participated in educational sessions focused on values such as courage, empathy, and team spirit. We offered equipment and gifts to each participant, strengthening our image as supporters of youth sports. The coaches and technical staff of ANF had the opportunity to develop methodologies for youth football, and the camp served as a testing framework for new training methods. The National Football Academy and the Romanian Football Federation have benefited from the improvement of scouting programs, identifying young footballers with potential for long-term support.
